For a service from the airport, you should phone the hotel using the freephone at the hotel courtesy coach pick-up point. Please note that included transfers are on a first come first served basis. Should space on the required transfer bus not be available, the hotel will organise a private taxi transfer at a cost of £10.50 per taxi.
